Follow the instructions on the care label. You'll see dots or numbers inside the bucket symbol if the garment is machine washable. We recommend you wash inside out at a low temperature, rinse shortly, and spin at low speed. Do not dry clean or tumble dry. Iron at low temperatures and do not iron on a print.

You can pay using Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, AMEX, Diners Club and Discover although the payment options can vary from country to country.

After selecting your preferred payment method, you will be redirected to the chosen payment gateway. Once your payment has been completed, you will return to bleulondon.co.uk  and receive your payment confirmation by e-mail. In case the payment is cancelled or fails, you will be returned to bleulondon.co.uk and you will see a notification containing the error. From that page, you can choose a different payment method.

Payment via cryptocurrency is currently not possible. We aim to have this option available to you in the near future.

Gift cards are currently not available although please DM us on Instagram to inform us you were looking for this option and we will see what we can do to assist you.

If you subscribe to our website by providing your email address you will be sent a 10% discount code.

All items are in stock unless a "Sold Out" message is displayed. This message is shown after you've selected your size (if the item has size options).

Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping cart, it is not reserved until you have completed your order.

No, items in your shopping cart are not reserved. They are reserved as soon as you place an order and finalize the payment. If you want to keep a list of your preferred products, use the wish list but keep in mind that the products on your wish list are not reserved either.

It is not possible to add items to an existing order that you have already placed. After you placed your order, the order will be processed almost immediately. You will need to place a separate order for any additional items.

You can enter your discount code after reviewing your shopping cart. Click on your shopping bag (top right) which will take you to your shopping cart. Check your items are correct and go to “Check out”. Fill in your personal information and click “Continue to shipping”. You can add your discount code at this stage. Press the “APPLY” button and the discount will automatically be deducted from the total payment.

We can not guarantee that your order will be cancelled after you confirm and place it with us. Orders are fulfilled quickly.

Contact us immediately after you have placed your order to request a cancellation. Our team will do their best to process your cancellation where possible.

In the event a product is listed at the incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel your order after the acceptance of your purchase. When we become aware of any error or inaccuracy, we will correct the error accordingly on our website as quickly as possible and inform you of the cancellation. 

Bleu London does not intend to mislead or deceive our customers, however, despite our reasonable precautions, products or services may be listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or an oversight.

During sale periods items are expected to be removed from promotions suddenly, due to stock availability. If you do see an item that was originally in the promotion and it is now full price, we are unable to redeem the promotional price of the item. We recommend checking out quickly to avoid disappointment.
