Shipping policy
Please note that processing times are separate from the shipping times.
All orders are processed within 2 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control can cause your order to be delayed. We will do our best to process and ship all order within timescales.
When will I receive my order?
It takes 2-7 days to fulfil an order, after which it’s shipped out.
The shipping time depends on your location, but typical shipping times are:
USA: 3-4 business days
International: 5-15 business days
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer international shipping.
We do not offer local delivery or in-store pick up.
Where will my order ship from?
We work with an on-demand order fulfilment company with facilities worldwide!
What do I need to know about ordering internationally?
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself.
We highly recommend including your phone number in the order when ordering internationally - this will minimise the risk of an order being lost in transit and make delivery of the order smoother.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return
To start a return, please email hello@p8fxtrading.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address in your packing slip, and all return fees will be fully adhered to by the customer. We recommend tracking options to easily locate the return items.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 10 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
